JOB DESCRIPTION:

EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER for a successful restaurant group in Sweden. You will support restaurant operations, coach FOH teams, and ensure smooth service for 400 + guests. 

SKILLS:

• A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads by example.  
• Experienced in managing large teams in high-volume restaurants or bars.  
• Passionate about training, developing, and inspiring teams to succeed.  
• Non negotiable with guest experience, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.  
• A strong problem-solver with the ability to make quick, strategic decisions.  
• A team player who fosters a positive, people-first workplace culture.  
• Entrepreneurial and driven to improve operations, financial results, and team performance.  
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).  

PLACE OF WORK: different locations in Sweden 

WORK CONDITIONS: 

• Seasonal and permanent contracts  
• Salary of 3500-4500€ monthly + tips  
• Average of 40 hours a week
