JOB DESCRIPTION:  

EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for a CHEF for a restaurant where are served nice meals and is offered a fantastic view of the sea. Käringön is a genuine and beautiful place, outside Orust, in the far west. The sea that surrounds the island is a great source of inspiration and also gives access to first-class seafood. During the summer, the island bursts with people swimming, sunbathing and fishing for crabs.

EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro è alla ricerca di CHEF per un ristorante che offre ottimi piatti e una vista fantastica sul mare. Käringön è un luogo autentico e bellissimo, situato al largo di Orust, nel lontano ovest della Svezia. Il mare che circonda l'isola è una grande fonte di ispirazione e offre anche accesso a frutti di mare di prima qualità. Durante l'estate, l'isola si anima con persone che nuotano, prendono il sole e pescano granchi. 

As chef, You must be efficient and able to handle a fast pace. After a few weeks at work, you are independent and take responsibility for your tasks.

Come chef, dovrai essere efficiente e in grado di lavorare a ritmo rapido. Dopo alcune settimane di lavoro, sarai in grado di lavorare in autonomia e di assumerti la responsabilità delle tue mansioni. 

SKILLS:  

• At least two years of experience in a restaurant kitchen  
• Positive attitude and always treat your colleagues in a fair manner.  
• Being able to speak English is a requirement.

• Almeno due anni di esperienza in una cucina di ristorante 
• Attitudine positiva e capacità di trattare i colleghi con equità

WORK CONDITIONS: 

• Working hours: full time, 40 hours a week 
• Seasonal contract, June 15th – End of August, with possibility to extend the contract till October. 
• Salary: individual salary regulated by the Swedish Collective Agreements, from 14,03 EUR - 19,13 EUR per hour depending on experience. In addition to salary you will also get paid for working inconvenient hours. 
• Accommodation is provided at a lower price (8 euros/per night) in shared room, with a salary deduction. The staff accommodation, located next to the workplace, is of a high standard. 
• Benefits: the team is a group of colleagues who support and take care of one another. In their free time, they enjoy spending time together and participating in various recreational activities. There is a football pitch, tennis court, outdoor gym, and mini golf available. The sea and nearby islands can be explored using SUP boards or kayaks.

CONDIZIONI DI LAVORO: 

• Orario di lavoro: tempo pieno, 40 ore settimanali 
• Contratto stagionale, dal 15 giugno alla fine di agosto, con possibilità di estensione fino a ottobre 
• Retribuzione: stipendio individuale regolato dai Contratti Collettivi Svedesi, da 14,03 EUR a 19,13 EUR all'ora, in base all'esperienza. Inoltre, verrà retribuito il lavoro straordinario.
• Alloggio fornito a un prezzo ridotto (8 euro/notte) in camera condivisa, con detrazione sullo stipendio. L'alloggio per il personale, situato vicino al luogo di lavoro, è di alta qualità. 
• Benefit: Il team è un gruppo di colleghi/E che si supportano e si prendono cura l'uno dell'altro. Nel tempo libero, amano trascorrere del tempo insieme e partecipare ad attività ricreative. Sono disponibili un campo da calcio, un campo da tennis, una palestra all'aperto e il minigolf. Il mare e le isole vicine possono essere esplorati con tavole SUP o kayak.
