JOB DESCRIPTION:  

EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for a NIGHT RECEPTIONIST in one of Sweden’s most internationally well-known ice hotels.   

Your responsibilities include:  

• Welcoming and assisting guests 
• Guest check-in and check-out 
• Handling phone calls and emails 
• Cash register handling and reconciliations 
• Computer-based administrative tasks 
• Preparing for guest arrivals 
• Keeping the lobby and reception tidy and inviting 
• Handling sleeping bags, boots, and overalls 

SKILLS: 

• Excellent skills in both spoken and written English 
• Good experience in front desk work, customer service, or sales 
• A valid driver’s license (Category B) 

PLACE OF WORK: Jukkasjärvi, Sweden

WORK CONDITIONS: 

• Working hours: part-time. You work 7 nights on and have 7 days off.  
• Hours vary by season: April 13 – November 30: 22:00–07:00 (10pm-7am); December 1 – April 12: 21:00–07:00 (9pm-7am) 
• Type of employment: the position starts in mid-August and is a permanent position with a probationary period. The hotel is also open to hire someone for just a season starting in mid-August until April 30, 2026.
