We are looking for a Digital ASIC Designer
You will join our Wireless team, which consist of 12 highly skilled IC developers with different competence from digital and analog IC design to protocol design to RF design and they can’t wait to meet their new colleague. The Team you will join are responsible for delivering the next generation 2.4GHz Bluetooth Smart solution from concept study to final IC
As our new Digital ASIC designer, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Designing new features/modules from concept phase, requirements etc. to final implementation.
Creating and maintaining verification setup for your components.
Evaluate its performance on final products or via FPGA systems
In order for you to succeed in this role, you need to have a good knowledge of ASIC and IC design flows in combination with a real passion for this field. You should find it motivating to be working within the split between the analogue and the digital HW domain and FW.
Furthermore, you are familiar with the following:
General IC/FPGA design, HDL coding, preferably Verilog and Synthesis experience
Design in a SoC ASIC Design flow, preferably Synopsys
Verification at all levels e.g. RTL, formal, gate and in the lab
Programming and scripting languages e.g. java, python, tcl.
Knowledge within Wireless (2.4GHz) systems, microprocessor architecture and low power design techniques.
