JOB DESCRIPTION:  

EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for a CHEF for a well-known restaurant in Skien, a city in constant growt close to the seaide and the mountains, with nature close by. The restaurant has 60 seats, and a bar area that serves set menus and a small a la carte, based on local produce of the season. The kitchen is mainly influenced by French cuisine, but with both Nordic and continental touch. 

As chef you will have great opportunities to grow and develop, for the right person it´s possible to work yourself up to a position as sous chef or head chef on different venues.  

SKILLS: 

• To be ambitious, hardworking, economic and precise.  
• Previous experience in the role is considered as a plus 
• Fluent English is a must (at least B2 level) 

PLACE OF WORK: Skien, Telemark, Norway 

WORK CONDITIONS: 

• Permanent contract, full time, average working hours of 180 hours per month 
• Salary from 2.600 eur/per month, depending on experience 
• Helpful with fixing accommodation
