EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for a HEAD CHEF for a well-known restaurant in Skien, a city in constant growt close to the seaide and the mountains, with nature close by. The restaurant has 60 seats, and a bar area that serves set menus and a small a la carte, based on local produce of the season. The kitchen is mainly influenced by French cuisine, but with both Nordic and continental touch. 

As Head chef you will oversee the daily operations in the kitchen, with staff, menu and orders. You will be running a small team of chefs and comisses. You will have great opportunities to grow and develop as both a leader and a chef. Together with the owner, you will help us guide the team and restaurant further. 

SKILLS:

• To be ambitious, hard working, economic and precise.  
• At least 4 years experience as a chef.  
• Fluent English is a must (at least B2 level) 

PLACE OF WORK: Skien, Telemark, Norway 

WORK CONDITIONS: 

• Full time, average working hours of 180 hours per month 
• Salary from 4.425 eur/per month, depending on experience
