JOB DESCRIPTION:

For a new Italian restaurant in the city center of Stockholm, Sweden, EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for SOUS CHEF. The company group serves in 7 Italian restaurants over 3000 guests who are either in for a quick lunch, having a date or are celebrating nona's birthday. The food served is simple yet composed of top-quality ingredients ensuring great taste of dishes for top culinary experience.

SKILLS:

Passionate and knowledgeable about Italian food

Experienced as a á la carte chef, or very experienced as a chef de partie

Organized and able to effectively follow instructions from head chef & sous chef

Well organized & good communicator

Able to work under pressure

Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner

Ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen are met

Good English language knowledge

PLACE OF WORK: Stockholm, Sweden

WORK CONDITIONS:

Seasonal contract (May-October), full time

Salary: 2500€ + tips (averaging 500€ netto)

Accommodation: available at a cost of 500€
