JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for WAITRESS/WAITER for a restaurant offering a la carte menu, kebab, pizza, café, bar with musical entertainment for guests on certain evenings
The main tasks:
• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
• Make menu recommendations, answer questions from guests.
• Taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages.
• Preparing bills at the end of the table's meal.
• Responsible for asking customers if they are satisfied with their meal and providing any assistance should the customer not be satisfied.
• Anticipates the needs of customers and provides all services in a friendly manner.
SKILLS:
• Experience as a waitress/waiter.
• English speaking (or Scandinavian): B2
• Patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
• Excellent coordination skills. Expert multitasking ability.
• Great organizational skills.
• Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
• Have the ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills.
• Interested in food, Gentle and outgoing, Service minded, Flexible.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, structured.
PLACE OF WORK: Porsgrunn, Norway,
WORK CONDITIONS:
• Permanent position, start after agreement.
• full time, close to 8 hours/ day.
• Accomodation: Offer flat for accommodation
• Salary: According to the agreement and Norwegian tariff/regulations
