Pilots suppliers integration in the projects to optimize materials QCDI and non recurring costs and ensure commodity strategy deployment in the projects
Support project award during CCS phase, ensuring competitive costs and costs savings plan to carry project acquisition
Build up project supplier panel from Pre-SoCo with commodity organisation (SL) to bundle awards
Voice of purchasing strategy in the project, and voice of the project to the purchasing team (PG)
Install competition between suppliers after Pre-SoCo, bringing at least three suppliers at the same technical level for all components before the SoCo, proceeds with all negotiations before sourcing to push the cost down
Leverage commodity organisation to reach pre-sourcing, sourcing decisions and meet project targets and offset with supply base contributions imposed by customers
Ensures timely sign off of all supplier’s contracts related the project (from development contracts to mass production)
Achieves Project Purchasing Index PPI
Coordinates with PG/PLPPD and other project buyers to ensure (i) commodity strategy deployment in every region (ii) localisation in line with the needs of the receiving plant (iii) global leverage and secure the supply base for the platform
When required, supports R&D with prototypes and pre-serial sourcing commercial negotiations (physical management of parts supply not under purchasing scope)
Liaise with purchasing Non Production organisation to achieve project investments and tooling targets
Manages achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers
Defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers
Warrants utilisation of Group project purchasing and suppliers quality tools and information systems
Ensure capacities for all components are covered for his project, in liaison with the commodity organisation Ensure monthly reporting activity per projects responsibility
For advanced purchasing (eligible projects):
propose and validate with commodity organisation pre-sourcing target suppliers
manages all contractual aspects to protect U-Shin intellectual property and segment panel
Master degree in economics or engineering
Minimum 3 years
English mandatory. German or Slovak is a plus, depending by the recruitment area
