According to our ongoing "Talents Acquisition Program" we continuously recruit young and bright Graduates in Economics to be assigned to the Operational Marketing/Customer Care departments. The back office Sales Agents guarantee the achievement of the sales objectives assigned to each of the dealers present in Turin.
Specifically, the figure will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, retaining the end customer and supporting him in order to carry out the sale of products and services, maintaining a professional relationship as well as providing information on the characteristics of the entire range of products and services themselves.
The back office Sales Agents will therefore work at each assignment Dealer present in one of the cities indicated, focusing their sales activities in the processing and management of all the leads generated by the various commercial channels, mainly digital, recontacting the customers in order to agree on a appointment at the dealership where the sales staff present in the salon can complete the sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Retaining and supporting the final customer;
They implement commercial policies through specific remote commercial prospecting activities;
They generate qualified sales opportunities through telemarketing and telesales activities;
They provide information via telephone on available products and active marketing campaigns, increasing network loyalty;
They support the Sales Area within the Dealer;
They provide data and information on the progress of the activity at the level of the individual operator / channel followed;
They collaborate with other members of the sales team and share best practices with other project resources as well.
Interfacing with the automotive house and dealers, guaranteeing constant and accurate updating;
Ongoing monitoring of assigned objectives;
Taking required corrective and improvement actions agreed with the supervisor.
Economics bachelor’s degree;
Initiative and independence;
High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
Language skills: Italian; English;
Previous experience in the marketing, business and/or customer care departments of multinational corporations.
