Automotive Technical Helpdesk (German or French or Spanish Speakers)
Who we are looking for:
We are recruiting young and bright Graduates in Engineering to be assigned to the Technical Support activities to assist one of our main Italian Car Maker Customer. We are strongly committed to talent management and development and look with interest at young degree students willing to start a challenging career path that, initiating with entry level jobs, can foster professional growth within our consultancy activities and services applied to the vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support workshops in the assigned markets (Italy, Spain, Germany and France) in the diagnosis and repairs;
Execute in-depth diagnosis through specific tests, requested directly to the Dealer, to determine the correct functioning of the car components and identify the root cause of the fault;
Communicate to the dealers through the OEM ticketing system;
Collaborate with 2nd Level Technical Helpdesk based in OEM HQ;
Translate the ticket contents into the assigned market language;
Improve Customer Experience by ensuring prompt resolution of technical cases and reduced repeat repairs.
• Engineering Bachelor or Master degree (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.);
• Or alternative experience on vehicle repair (electronics; mechanics; EV and Hybrid technology; diagnostics; tools & equipment)
• Initiative and independence;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Results orientation;
• A flexible and yet structured and logical approach;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead and build in contingencies;
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements;
• High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
• Languages skill: French written and spoken.
